  • 58 floors including 3 with sky gardens and two with shops and food services
  • Each floor has about 32,000 square feet
  • Most offices have a window because of the shape of the building
  • Plenty of views of the mountains and the shape of the building captures a lot of sunlight
  • The shape of the building helps to deal with the wind patterns
  • The 3 floors with sky gardens provide a park like environment in the sky
